Brand Rep Terms & Conditions

Before applying to become a Southern Smocked Co. Brand Rep, we ask that you review the following Terms & Conditions. 

• Must be 21 years or older and a US resident
• Your social media profile(s) must be public
• You agree to share/repost pictures of yourself/child/children on your social media platform(s), allow Southern Smocked Co. to share/repost pictures of yourself/child/children on Southern Smocked Co. social media pages and website.   
• You agree to use the following tags when posting to your social media pages: #southernsmockedcompany, #southernsmockedcompanybrandrep, and/or #southernsmockedcompanyrep.
• All written and verbal communication on your social media platform(s) as well as the Southern Smocked Co. social media page must represent the brand in a positive manner.
• Southern Smocked Co. Brand Reps will be reviewed every three months for activity and performance.  Participation in the program requires a minimum of two posts per month, two stories per month, and one comment per week on a non-giveaway Southern Smocked Company social media post.
